We are the area’s leading boat detail shop. Contrary to popular belief detailing a boat is nothing like detailing a car. There are many shops that treat a boat like a car when it comes to detailing. This is a very unfortunate mistake that can cost the owner of the boat. The chemicals are totally different. It is not possible to get the shine on your Gel Coat using automotive grade products. Final Finish Boat Works uses only the highest grade of material on your boat. Every professional grade chemical we use was carefully selected to be used on a boat and designed to withstand the day to day use of a boat.

We start with a wash down of your boat with high quality soap and soft towels. After that we use a specially formulated buffing compound that micro polishes your gel coat back to a factory shine. The compounds formulation enhances your overall shine and luster which will last longer then any of our competitor’s products. When we buff your boat we use anywhere from 10 – 20 buffing pads so that you get the maximum shine on your boat. This may seem surprising to many, even our competitors, but when we buff your boat, we are removing the oxidation buildup on the gel coat. Why would you use the same dirty pad on the whole boat?

We wax your boat with 100% pure carnauba wax that contains UV inhibitors. New coating technology is great for automotive finishes, but when it comes to affordably maintaining your gel coat, there is no match for our carnuba wax.  One coat of wax should last 4-5 weeks. Add a second coat to any of our packages!  The extra layer can last up to 10 weeks!

When we clean the inside of your cockpit we use chemicals designed to clean the vinyl of stains and fight mildew buildup. When its all clean we use an interior wax on your upholstery and a liquid wax on the interior gel coat.  You can be sure with our ultimate in & out package that it will be better than any detail you have ever had on your boat before.

Finally we’ll wipe down your windows. If you have pesky water stains, this requires special attention and cleaners. Let us know if you’d like them removed!*
